Salon & Booking Policy

Bookings

All bookings made will require a current and valid card on file, without this the booking cannot be secured. Your card will not be charged until the appointment has been completed or in the unlikely case of a late cancellation/no show occurs.

Lash Refills are recommended within 2-3 weeks maximum. Anything over 4 weeks will be considered a Full Set and will need to be booked accordingly. 

Minimum of 40% lash extensions per eye remaining to be considered a refill. Less than 40% will be charged as a Full Set and time will need to be booked accordingly.

If you experience extreme fall out within the first 3 days of lash extension application, you are entitled to a complimentary touch up. If there are any issues with application, we'll notice within the first 3 days. After 3 days, it's likely to be aftercare related. Please contact Pink Crystal Beauty directly to discuss options. 

Please keep in mind it is completely normal to lose between 2-5 lashes per eye, per day. This is what happens during your natural growth cycle. A touch up only applies to fall out that is a significant amount.

To honour our agreement, clients must strictly follow all instructions from the lash artist regarding pre & post appointment care. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Must arrive to lash appointment with freshly cleaned lashes. 
  • Must be only using recommended Eyelash Extension Cleanser. 
  • Use of mascara and/or strip lashes/glue will void your guarantee immediately. 
  • Incorrect aftercare will void your guarantee at all times.

Lash Refills from Other Salons

Pink Crystal Beauty does not refill other salons work.

If you wish to become a Pink Crystal Beauty Client and you have existing lashes on from another salon, you will need to book for an Add On Lash Removal & Preferred Full Set. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

When making an appointment at Pink Crystal Beauty through our booking system Fresha, you have agreed to our cancellation and no show policy. 

Please Note:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment with more than 48 hours notice, you will not be charged a fee.

Late cancellations will be charged a 50% fee from the appointment from the appointment being cancelled within 48 hours notice. 

If you do not show to an appointment, your card will be charged 100% of the service fee. 

If you need to make an alternation from your booking (eg. change from Lash Extensions to Lash Lift) you must provide 48 hours notice. This is to ensure we have the correct timing for the appointment otherwise your appointment may need to be rescheduled to another date. 

Appointment Times & Running Late

As Pink Crystal Beauty runs on an appointment basis, we have strict times allocated for each appointment. If you are running late to an appointment please contact us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of lash and brow treatments, it is something that we can not rush. If too much time has passed upon arrival to perform the treatment, you will be rescheduled to the next suitable time and fees will apply. 

Guests

Please only bring yourself to appointments.

Guests, children & pets are not permitted due to limited space and insurance policies.
