LASH EXTENSIONS 

Say goodbye to mascara and hello to effortlessly beautiful lashes! Lash extensions are carefully applied one-by-one to your natural lashes, creating a fuller, longer, and more defined look. Whether you're after something soft and natural or fuller and fluffier, there’s a style to suit every eye shape and personal vibe.

At Pink Crystal Beauty, we customise each set to enhance your natural beauty while keeping your lashes healthy and comfortable. Perfect for everyday wear or special occasions, lash extensions will have you waking up ready to go – no makeup required!

Before your Lash Appointment:

Please arrive to your Lash Appointment with no makeup or skincare products around the eye area. 
Avoid consuming caffeine on the day of your appointment.
Discontinue the use of mascara at least 2 days before your lash appointment.
If you have had a Lash Lift and are now booking for Lash Extensions, please ensure it has been 6-8 weeks from your Lash Lift appointment and your natural lashes have returned to their natural state. 

After your Lash Appointment: 

Ensure you are booking your lash refills for 2-3 weeks maximum.
Cleanse your lashes daily with recommended Foaming Lash Cleanser and Cleansing Brush. Gently rinse and dry lashes after cleansing. 
Brush lashes daily with mascara spoolie (when dry) to keep them in place in between refills. 
Do not pick, pull or twist your lash extensions - this will cause your natural lashes to be pulled out and will leave gaps. 
Do not apply mascara to your lash extensions.
Avoid using pencil eyeliner, if needed liquid eyeliner is a better alternative. 
Avoid sleeping face down or on your lashes.
Avoid oils around the eye area and lashes.

Before your Lash Lift & Tint Appointment:

Please arrive to your Lash Appointment with no makeup or skincare products around the eye area. 
Avoid consuming caffeine on the day of your appointment.
Remove contacts if you wear them.

After your Lash Lift & Tint Appointment: 

Avoid hot steamy showers, saunas, submerging your face in water and mascara for at least 24 hours post treatment.
Avoid rubbing your lashes.
Apply recommended aftercare conditioner twice a day (can be purchased in salon).

BROW SHAPING + WAXING

Using gentle, professional-grade wax, we sculpt your brows with precision – whether you’re after a soft, natural arch or a bold, defined look. Each shape is tailored just for you, based on your unique features and personal style.

The result? Fresh, clean, and perfectly sculpted brows that instantly lift and frame your face. 

Before your Wax Appointment: 

Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup around the brow area.
Please advise us if you are on any medication that may affect your hair growth or skin sensitivity such as Accutane.
If you have active skin conditions, irritations or infections in the treatment area please do not book an appointment until it has subsided. 
Avoid exfoliating the treatment area at least 24-48 hours before your treatment. 

After your Wax Appointment:

Avoid makeup on the treatment area until the skin has calmed down as this can cause irritation if applied too soon.
Avoid exfoliating the treatment area for at least 24-48 hours.
Avoid touching the treatment area with unclean fingers.
Avoid tweezing in between appointments.
Avoid prolong exposure to direct sunlight, sun beds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 24 hours. 
 

Brow Tint

This quick and gentle treatment tints your brow hairs to enhance their colour, making your brows look thicker, more polished, and perfectly groomed. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a little extra definition.

We customise the shade to suit your natural features and desired look – whether you’re going for soft and subtle or bold and structured. Results last around 2–3 weeks on the hairs, giving you effortless, low-maintenance brows that frame your face beautifully.

Ready to level up your brow game? Hybrid Dye is the latest brow tinting must-have – and it's here to give you beautiful results that last.

This innovative dye stains both the skin and the brow hairs, giving a fuller, more defined look that mimics the effect of makeup. Perfect for filling in sparse areas and creating crisp, clean brow shapes, hybrid dye delivers longer-lasting colour – up to 10 days on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the hairs!

Whether you love a soft, natural tint or a more sculpted, statement brow, we customise the colour to suit your vibe. It’s the ultimate combo of tint and stain, all in one treatment.

Before your Tint/Dye Appointment:

Avoid Fake Tan on the face as this will alter the colour of the results and longevity. 
Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup around the brow area.

After your Tint/Dye Appointment:

Avoid rubbing the brow area.
Avoid applying makeup to the brow area for at least 24 hours. 
Avoid being out in the sun for 24 hours as this may cause the colour to fade.
Avoid swimming/saunas for 24 hours post treatment.
Avoid heat treatments for 24 hours post treatment. 
Please note: the more frequent your brows are cleansed, the quicker the tint/dye/henna will fade.

The best part? Results are long lasting, up to 6–8 weeks.

Before your Brow Lamination Appointment:

Discontinue the use of exfoliators, AHAs and Retinoids at least 72 hours before treatment.
Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup around the brow area.
Avoid fake tan on the face.

After your Brow Lamination Appointment: 

The sleek appearance immediately after your appointment will only last 24 hours before relaxing into a more natural and fluffy appearance. Each morning your brows will need to be brushed up with a spoolie with the use of an aftercare brow soap/wax to hold them into place. 
Apply recommended Brow Oil daily to keep your brow hairs nourished and hydrated. 
Keep brows dry for at least 24 hours post treatment. It is normal for your brows to feel more dry after a lamination.
Do not apply makeup or undertake further eye treatments for at least 24 hours post treatment.
Avoid swimming, saunas or working out for at least 24-48 hours post treatment.
Avoid fake tan on the face for 48 hours post treatment.
Do not allow prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat. 
Do not apply Retin-A, AHAs or exfoliate for 72 hours post treatment.

We stock a range of formulas designed to suit any skin tone, delivering a natural-looking, streak-free tan that develops beautifully – and the best part? You can rinse it off in as little as 2 hours, for a lighter more natural tan or 4 hours for a deeper, longer lasting tan, making it perfect for busy schedules!
