FOUNDER/SALON OWNER

Hey there! I’m Rachel – the face behind Pink Crystal Beauty and your go-to brow and lash girl. I’ve been in the beauty world for over 11 years now, and honestly, I still get butterflies every time I help someone walk out feeling confident, refreshed, and beautiful.

My journey started way back when I was studying my Certificate III in Beauty Services. I quickly fell in love with the industry and dove head-first into my Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Advanced Diploma in IPL & Laser Therapies. Along the way, I’ve soaked up every bit of knowledge I could – from masterclasses to hands-on workshops – and somewhere in the mix, I found my true passion: lash lifts and brows!

I decided to put my heart and soul into perfecting this little niche because I genuinely love the way it transforms not just your face, but your confidence too. Every appointment is more than just a treatment – it’s your time to relax, unwind, and feel pampered.

Hey, I’m Carly! I’ve loved all things beauty for as long as I can remember, and in 2021 I made it official by completing my training and starting my journey in the industry.

My absolute favourite treatment to do is brow lamination – I’m obsessed with how it can totally transform your brows! No matter if you prefer them sleek and defined or bold and fluffy, I’ll make sure you leave feeling fresh and confident.

Making people feel comfortable, relaxed, and beautiful is what I’m all about. I can’t wait to welcome you into the salon and help you feel your absolute best!
